Absolutely! Works with any IMAP email server: Office 365, Gmail (with App Passwords), Outlook.com, Yahoo, Fastmail, ProtonMail, custom domains, etc. 2FA compatible—we'll guide you through setting up app-specific passwords during onboarding (takes 2 minutes).
Your original emails stay in your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)—we never move or delete them. Threadly just creates a visual layer on top. If you cancel, you lose access to timelines and AI summaries, but all your emails remain safely in your original inbox. No lock-in.
Currently, Threadly is designed for individual professionals. Each person gets their own timeline view of their inbox. Team collaboration features are coming soon! For now, each team member can sign up individually to manage their own email overload.
