By accessing or using Threadly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Threadly is an email organization and AI summarization tool that connects to your Gmail or Microsoft/Outlook account to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for illegal or fraudulent activities.
By connecting your Gmail or Microsoft/Outlook account to Threadly, you grant us access to your inbox. We will:
You can revoke Threadly's access at any time from your email provider's security settings or from your Threadly Account Settings page.
When you schedule an email for future delivery, the email content is stored encrypted in our database until the scheduled time, at which point it is sent via your connected email account. You can cancel scheduled emails at any time before they are sent.
To keep your email threads up-to-date, Threadly automatically syncs your connected email account every 5 minutes in the background. This sync fetches new emails where you are the sender, recipient, or CC'd. You can disconnect your email provider at any time to stop automatic syncing.
By using Threadly, you consent to receive automated notification emails including:
You can disable these notifications at any time from your Account Settings.
By connecting your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar to Threadly, you grant us permission to:
Privacy note: Only generic deadline labels and dates are synced to your calendar. No email content, subjects, sender information, or personal details are shared with your calendar provider.
You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your Threadly Account Settings. Events we created will remain in your calendar after disconnection.
Business plan subscribers have access to team collaboration features:
Team administrators are responsible for managing team membership and access permissions.
Threadly provides a public demo page that allows visitors to explore the product interface without creating an account. The demo uses entirely fictional, hardcoded sample data — all names, email subjects, companies, and content shown are not real and do not represent any actual persons or organizations.
The demo does not access, process, or store any real email data. Certain interactive features (composing, replying, archiving) are disabled in the demo and will prompt you to create an account.
You agree NOT to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial ends, you will be moved to the Free Tier unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier with limited features. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by law.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual plans, prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
